Set to a remixed classical overture the David Koma SS11 show rocked out with some amazing ‘amour cut out’ detail dress, filled in with chiffon paneling.

With the beginning of the show featuring light fabrics in whimsical shapes, the introduction of leather into the range was rather ‘hot housewife’ in its apron like use.

Continuing in it’s evolution the range, 50’s influenced dresses and body conscious silhouettes combined with strips of leather appliqué and metal embellishments which imitated python scales.

As a general synopsis the range featured graphic prints and wicked wedges in a mostly monochromatic colour palette with an infusion of power tallow and pink, metallic gold and pearlescent snake leather embellishments.

I loved the ‘cop this’ metal cuffs – I think we’ve got some seriously hard core accessories coming out next season! I’m excited!

Oh and hello Jess Hart! We all know here as the Australian sweet heart and face of Seafolly and Myer, and also from here appearances in the reality TV show The City – she was stunning on the runway although I thought it was a shame that no one seemed to know who she was… don’t worry, I educated them!
